Our Mission

The Montgomery Democratic Organization supports candidates, community organizations, and initiatives that promote civic engagement and good government. We aim to understand the issues that matter most to individuals and groups within our community and to fight for their representation at the local, county, state, and national level.

Our Vision

We work to protect the natural resources, traditions, and small-town spirit of Montgomery while always considering what will be best for its future. In doing so, we coordinate our efforts with those of Democratic organizations across Somerset County, particularly in neighboring townships, which serves to strengthen the network of progressive political activism in Central New Jersey.
