Marvin Schuldiner has spent the last 3 years serving the people of Montgomery on the Township Committee and the last 2 years as Deputy Mayor. Through this work, he has improved communications a from the Township to residents, worked on improving equity for our residents, and helped guide the town through the COVID-19 pandemic, keeping Montgomery’s infection and fatality rate lower than surrounding towns. Marvin has spent nearly 15 years of his career helping companies such as Toyota, Procter & Gamble, JC Penney and Cardinal Health improve their operations by lowering costs and increasing customer service through applying lean management techniques. He is now a mediator and arbitrator, helping people resolve disputes and bringing people together. He also has extensive government and leadership experience having served as president of the Franklin Township Library Board, trustee on two homeowner associations and president of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. Marvin holds an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University, a BS in Engineering from Rutgers University and a Certificate in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from New York University. He is married to Francine, who works for the New Jersey Education Association, and is proud father to Eli, a 5th grader at Montgomery Lower Middle School.
